Well the Location thing is important, but, they will find that. What you need is CASH!!! These franchises do not just put a building anywhere. They research their market and plan! BUT, if you have the money, they can find you a Location! That how it works, plain, simple. Heck, they even provide the Management. The Owner just sit back and watch the show.
