if they are blind... do you think they should even be driving?

Because some people (like me) have no ar and have to walk up to them any way and some peoples cars make them get out anyway. So if a blind guy is with his mom and she takes him to the atm he can still get out and get his money.

They are standard made for all locations they dont change them just cause someone wants to place them at a drive up location.

Seeing how some people drive, vision impairment may not be that big of a liability
