Sure. Its illegal to sell beer to someone inebriated, so why not carry the idea of the common good to the porkers?

It's hard to say. You can eat fattening foods just don't eat to much, that's what the REAL problem is. It's hard sometimes to resist the unhealthy stuff. I'm not big and I want to stay that way so I watch how much food I eat WHAT food I eat. But I don't completely stop eating the unhealthy stuff (I just don't have the guts) it's just that some people don't know when enough is enough. I'm not trying ot be mean or anything if you guys think that. I'm just saying watch what food you eat and how much.

Why just the obese ones? Fattening foods will make the thin ones fat in time and it should be illegal to fatten up the slender ones.

No. Their parents should be taking care of them and teaching them to eat healthy and if they think it's necessary to stop them from buying fattening food then it should be the parents taking care of that, not the law.

No, we live in a free society. Minors are under their parents protection and authority. It is up to them to control what their child eats.
