Here, they have no fear of reprisal. Most of the time, you don't really know who you are talking to. This median gives people a way of staying anonymous and answer to no one for thier actions,,,, here.

Thank you. This has bothered me alot as well. I've started using the thumbs down symbol for questions like that.
a) Some people act mean and rude because they are frightfully immature.
b) Some people feel it is the only way they can get attention.
c) Some people think it is a big joke.
d) Some people don't have anything else to say.
and
e) Some people should go play in a sandbox.

Honestly, there are many variables that weigh in to the question you ask. First, let's look at the questions them selves. I've seen some silly, outlandish and ignorant questions. Second, let's look at the types of ppl answering and this could take all day, LMFAO!
Anyways, my point is this. When you ask in sincerity to the UNIVERSE be prepared to recieve. I mean the deep questions, of life and why you are here.
Why ppl R mean or insincere, well these are just apart of life we must accept if we are to truly appreciate others. They are entitled to be who they are, you just remember you are a star!
Different backgrounds and cultures, society in all it's calamity produces hate and breeds ignorance. But, you have overcome. So, help those when you can who do realize they aren't helping themselves.

Because they have no life and the only thing that gives them pleasure is to make others unhappy and equally repressed and disgruntled as they are....if you look at their profile they probably have millions of points and sit on the computer all day long... so then they become "professionally rude people."...lol

I think it is because they don't have a life and they get pushed around so they try and act big and bad on here , and so of the question do ask for it sometimes

Because people sometimes don't get that people are being sincere, and they think its funny to give stupid answers. I've had problems with people like that. Makes me mad!

Some people are just jerks...... I have seen them say some pretty bad stuff. especially about Christians *roles eyes*.
