Start with the premise statement....
Talk about other people's opinions about the statement.....
Then start giving examples.....
Then pretend like you might be changing your mind about it, like recall something nice that she did....
Then come up with some idea or example (the best one) which makes you sure of your original premise...
Then make up some kind of funny devil joke for the punch line.

You have to look for a clever angle to spin that title. Do or don't take it so literally. Try explaining all her "normal" bad behavior as if you think she really is the anti-christ, but maybe all the adults around don't see it the way you do. Make sure you leave the reader open to either possibility.. so they have to decide for themselves if there is something supernatural going on, or just plain old sibling rivalry/jealousy. For the ending, you really need to come up with something good.. could be a twist ending... like you find out you're the anti-christ, or you wake up and it was a dream (blah.. think of something better then those), or something very much NOT a twist ending, like you find out that she's really just a normal person and you've had to come to terms with your own freaky issues. Either way, make sure the ending fits all the pieces in your narrative. This gives the audience something to grab on to when the finish.

Good luck, and don’t plagiarize!

Good narratives have to be captivating. Capture your audience. Tell a story that reflects her as the anti-Christ. Then make your claim and explain in further detail.

or

create an intro about another person who was an anti-Christ like being, i.e. Salem Witch Trials -Tibitua, Exorcist, Chucky, etc. and then make your comparison. Good luck, especially in your relationship with your sis.
