soak it in warm epsom salt water. Vitamin K helps with bruise healing. Foods high in Vitamin K include green leafy vegetables (spinach, kale)

It won't fully heal in 2 days, however by elevating it, taking Advil or aspirin and occasionally icing it, you can reduce the total amount of time it will need to heal. If it is a severe bruise, it may take up to a week or longer, a minor bruise will normally go away in about 4 days.... but that's based on my own experience and threshold of pain.

if you have insurance go to the doctor and get a trigger point injection in the toe it will work i have Arthritis and it works for me
