There are three requirements:

1. Be 18 years or older.
2. Have a pulse.
3. Have a dollar (although you won't have it for long).

US lottery???? No such thing. Many states offer lotteries and so some privet firms. You can join these. Just purchase a ticket for any store that sells them.

There is no US lottery. Only states have lotteries.
