i sleep well every night and i drink some green tea or black tea. even i feel energetic when i have other classes, i will feel sleepy as soon as i meet my maths teacher. why why why?

i constantly fall asleep in math too. its hard when you fall asleep and miss a lesson. i try to pay attention and drink and eat during class, but it just dosent work. it might be something about the way my teacher speaks, and the fact that there is no movement required. if thats the case and youve tried everything move to the front of the classroom and talk to your teacher about it. they probably wolnt get mad as long as you let them know that your trying to fix it. you can suggest to the teacher doing something more lively, but thats part of the problem. there is nothing lively about math.

I would assume that you are either bored or math-challenged! If you are challenged too much it could be a built-in mechanism to have an excuse for bad grades! Try to drink some tea or a cola before class and wake up. If you are behind or just don't "get it" then talk to the teacher and ask if you can get a tutor or if you should try an easier class now and then take this one later. If the class is after lunch try not eating until after this class if possible. Food will make you sleepy.Best wishes!

I think the class is just boring. I bet you feel energized as soon as you leave the class. I know I wake up after I leave a boring class. That is the most interesting thing about the class, it's over! LOL

if you eat before math class, it may be because the protein producing thingy in your brain shuts down for a while. thats normal. i sleep in my business class too. its normal. your math class is just to boring

maybe you're bored. the teacher should also combine lecture and participation to make it more interesting.

it may be that that is not your favorite subject. and if it is and yar genious then that is it it isnt enough challenge to you. but i am going more towards boredom
