Is one strident and angry, and the other soft-spoken and accommodating?

Is one formal and distant, and the other familiar and colloquial?

Is one short and to the point, and the other long-winded and chatty?

Try to find the differences in the way they express similar things, then how those differences affect the way they express dissimilar things.
