Depends on your bone structure, body type, age...etc. Your doctor will be able to tell you your ideal weight. My guess would be approximately 130lbs. Just make sure you eat healthy, take your prenatal vitamins(yes, before you are pregnant)get lot's of folic acid and exercise..you will be fine. Good Luck!

If your currently trying it conceive now is not the time to go on a diet, but you should be watching what you eat. Plus eating very healthy!!! You want your body to be ready at any time you may be pregnant.

your normal weight for your health in general can be found on the net BMI body mass index check it out you will put your height in and how much you weigh and it will let you know if its to fat or below the norm. good luck

depends on your body type. you should ask your dr. to be sure. you can be really thin and in bad shape, so just take care of yourself, exercise and eat right.
