The MSN IE Explorer? Yes it has. It started 2 days ago. Don't know why. Maybe Microsoft in getting ready to unleash its Internet Explorer 7. I understand its going to be automatically downloaded and installed on all Microsoft operating programs (i.e. Windows XP Home) without notice.
Actually I am not sure if you are talking about IE or Yahoo so my answer may be confusing.

(By the way Sunshine, I like your "About" profile)

YES!! And I'm not at all sure that I like it. I think it's a bit harder to navigate now. I've also notice, that I can't just hit "back" and go right to where I was. Just another typical Yahoo "improvement". They can never leave anything alone. I guess we'll be forced to get used to it like everything else.

Good luck and enjoy my friend!!

If you're talking about your Answers profile...
yes, Yahoo is doing "improvements" again.
The consensus on another question was
a big THUMBS DOWN for the new changes.

Yes.
Also, when you mouse over someone's avatar, a little box comes up with info about the user.
