Dead is torture as defined by anyone! Even those who rationalize Bush's failure to Abide by the Geneva Conventions, which are largely outlined in 2 US Supreme Court decisions against him, can't rationalize death by torture by anything other than it is! Torture!

And who do you consider the "good guys" now, genius - the a*sholes slowly beheading Americans? And if the "torture" stops an attack that would have killed Americans, I think it's OK too.
