I read cyannes notes and tried first lifting my head, expanding my chest, looking at the ceiling and breathed deeply.... Indeed, the pain did go away... any furthur explainations?

It means a few things:
1. you are breathing incorrectly. Breathe from the diaphragm and hold the chest HIGH while you breath. Don't let it fall.
2. you have a lot of tension in your neck and shoulders.
3. you probably do not sit or stand with correct posture which is likely to be the cause of the problem.

Sometimes I get a pain in my chest and it goes away after a couple days. Wait a week and if it doesnt go away see a dr
