what is charter change and it's effects to our country???

Charter change is the total change of the present Constitution, which includes the system of running the Government.

It will be the new system(whatever system) of running the Government thereby all the cases involving the 'trapos' will be deleted and be forgotten... and Jose Maria Sison would loved to join this transition.
