Go to your family, friends of your family, your family doctor, minister, a friendly teacher or guidance counselor or any college student that you know. Even Lions and Kiwanis or Rotary clubs have people who will gladly review your essay and help you improve it or help give you more confidence in writing it.

Good luck, and I hope you get into the college of your dreams!

Do you have a friend in college who can help you? What about an English teacher from HS? Your Mother or Father? I recommend you draft out what you want to say (why you want to attend college, and what your future plans are-if you know at this time; it is okay if you say liberal arts for now). Just pretend you are talking to your best friend and write down the words, instead of speaking them. Good luck and CONGRATS!

High School Guidance Counselor.....may not directly help you but can point you in the right direction. He/She may be able to provide samples or ask an alumni or upper classman to tutor your efforts.
