If you're doing a lot of dancing, you're best to get yourself a pair of shoes designed for dancing - they will have proper support and are available in many styles with heels and without. One company I know to have a good reputation is Capezio. Look them up on the net.

A lot of Colin Stuart (Victoria's Secret) shoes are really comfortable. They don't look like they should be, but I can walk and dance in them for hours. And if you have the money, Cole Haan has cute shoes with Nike Air cushioning that are cool. I haven't tried dancing in them though.

I don't know, since I first started a few days ago, but I would imagine you would need to buy a pair and practice walking in them before going dancing. Then again, depends on what kind of dancing as well.

Well that's rather hard to answer because it depends on your feet. Are they arched or flat? You have to consider this because your weight is balanced (by your feet) depending on whether or not you have an arch. The safest way to go would be something that balances your weight, especially when you "drop it like it's hot". Try Aerosoles or Easy Spirit. Both have really cute and comfortable shoes.

Go to duganbrothers.com and order yourself a pair of Justines. I think the p/n is PS-402. If you want 'em really high, go to www.eleveneast.com and order an eight-inch pair of the K0034 model. You can "build you own" shoes and boots there. Just click on the underlined link on their homepage.

the thinner the heel the more pressure your foot is put under. try some thicker heels than your used to, i'm not saying like huge chunkier things, but it might hurt less and helps you keep you balance to dance the night away! :)
