How do I remove the popcorn media popups (your 3 day trial has expired)?

Some how in my inexperience I must unwillingly downloaded this program.Please help its driving me nuts and interfering with my work. Thanks

No, The chances are good that you never knowingly downloaded "Popcorn" malware. Thousands are having the same problem. Removal instructions are here:
