Go to Start/Run and type chkdsk /f and see if it fixes the disc. DO NOT use the computer or interrupt this until it is done.

Go to Start/Help and Support and type in chkdsk to show you what it does. You have to allow time for this to run as it can take a while.

Sounds like the MBR, Master Boot Record, is corrupted. If you are using Win98 boot the computer into DOS mode and type fdisk/mbr. Win 2000 uses chkdsk, run it to repair the MBR. That should fix it.

fat32 is your file system. I take it you are running windows 98 or 2000. Let it repair it. Somehow your file system got corrupted. If it can't fix it, you're going to have to reformat and reinstall your operating system and you will lose all of your files.

It's the system file. You're turning your computer on and off in a wrong way, that's why they fix it every time. Don't press on (POWER) button on the case to turn it off. Press start > turn off computer > turn off. Next time you want to turn it on, just press the (POWER) button on the case once.
