but the neighbor always watch everything that goes on here and my neighbor do not work my kids are at school all day they have trampoline and they do not bother anyone just my neighbors can not seem to keep they seem not have there own life and watch everything that goes on over here i feel no privacy my kids do not bother them at all just because there dog barks what am i suppose to do i have 4 dogs but they blame my kids and harasses me and what do i do???

Ignore them because your kids have a right to be in their yard if they are actually commenting on it or bothering your children call the police. Can you get a bigger fence.

Raise the fence higher. Good (high) fences make good neighbors.
Get a creeping vine and a trellis. Make a really pretty wall to shield your yard. There are some fast growing ones, ask at the home improvement store. Make sure it doesn't "drip" over into their yard, or they will have more to complain about.
Take a batch of homemade cookies (or bread, or muffins, nothing says "lets be friends" like baked goods) over and have a talk. Maybe you can work something out?
If it starts to get really ugly, start documenting everything. You need police reports for legal actions against them. I hope it doesn't come to that.

im guessing this is an old retired couple. probably old and bored and in retirement so they are taking it out on u. next time they talk to u or ur kids, go out there and tell them to mind their own buisness, if u have a home owner association tell them too. next get authority like police or courts if it gets too far
