If you are asking about the one in the song she is singing about something insinuating something about intimate acts with the opposite sex. I believe she is saying something about when he comes around she is getting interested. Her guard her lack of desire is going down such that she is interested. It is possibly like having the gate on something or the bridge going down so he can cross it to get to her.
In the Nursery rhyme game the London bridge goes down and whomever is in between the arms of the two children who have been holding them up to cross under is caught between them. She wants to catch him or he has caught her possibly. London Bridge is going down going down going down London bridge is going down my fair lady. At the end of the rhyme the kids arms are dropped down around the last child if any under the bridge so they are caught.

Well, if you are refering to Fergie's song of the same name, she uses THE "London Bridge" as a metaphore, how she faints every time she sees a guy. London Bridge burned down some time ago and I can't really think of other thing of that name. Hope that helps!

It was the London Bridge, now it is the bridge formerly known as the London Bridge now residing in Lake Havasu City, Az. McCullough of "chainsaw" fame relocated the original bridge referred to as the "London Bridge" brick by brick in roughly 1970.

Well the London Bridge is in Arizona some guy bought it from England shipped it over in pieces and rebuilt it. Why? I have no idea. I think he just had too much money and it was burning a hole in his pocket.
