Bronzers look better on fair complected women. Blushes tend to turn you pink and look FAKE.

I'm pale too, so i know where you're coming from. use a normal blush. bronzers are out, especially now that we're heading into fall, no one will believe that your back-from-the-beach glow is real. try a natural looking blush, like neutrogena's healthy skin blushes. i use their "clean" shade and it works great. it's a checkerboard-type blush with whites, tans, browns, and a few pinks - so it looks really natural and, well, clean! it's around $11 at rite-aid, target, any store where you would find generic brand cosmetics.
take care!

Both. Go with a pale pink or peachy blush and top it off with a hint of bronzer.

bronzers look better on dark skinned women. ordinary blush look better on fair skinned women. everyone has a tone that fits just right. just carefully choose the right tone for you so it would look natural.
