You can love a lot of people, but true love means you want to be with that person all the time and share life with them.

If this makes any sense. I married my wife because I confused the two. I latter came to realize I was gay. While I still love her to the point of being willing to die for her, I am not in love with her. Difference between the two is she is not the half of myself that I could not live without.

You can love someone but it's not the same as being in love with them. When you are in love with somebody they are in your heart and soul. When you love someone but not in love the feeling is different. It's hard to explain' You just know it when you are there. It comes with experience.

Love is a strong feeling towards a person or thing like "I love pizza, thats why I eat it everyday". True love is an intense feeling towards a person or thing like " I truley love pizza thats why I knocked that person in the head and stole his pizza".
