It's too general of a question, but it depends.
Girls do have a higher endurance level than boys. Girls are able to sustain pain for longer periods of time. Also, a girl's mind does mature faster than males. As for muscle mass, girls on average don't have the same muscle composition to boys, but it is possible.
I can do more push ups than the football team and run faster than a lot of boys who don't do running sports such as soccer, track, etc.
So the answer: Yes.

Physically, no, women aren't built like men. Sorry, but it's true, that's whey boys and girls aren't on the same teams after a certain age.
Emotionally, girls are much stronger than men.

Competition between girls and boys is like competition between zebras and penguins. Two different reasons for being alive, two different environments, and any competition contrived by society under the pretense of 'equality' actually destroys the importance of the equality of individualism.

We are, biologically speaking. Female babies survive more than boys. Male babies are more prone to genetic disorder because they have a Y chromosome which is an imcomplete X chromosome.
However, males are built for upper body strength, women are built for balance and lower body strength.
Not to mention we are still (for some mind boggling reason) socializing our females to be like delicate flowers.

physically, man 's muscle easier to grow and developed because of the hormone.... you too can do that if don't care about mustache and furry hairy skin
women design a capability to concentrate in many thing at once but not so deep,
men design to be able in to deep concentration, but usualy we can only think at one thing at a time.

People are different, if you mean mentaly stronger...
Muscle is a different matter, boys/men build muscles far better and faster then girls/women.

of course..who among guys could go for a week wearing sanitary napkins or tampons during periods?huh?an who among guys could carry a baby in their tummy for 9 whole months and suffer the pains of labor????only girls do...;)
