Mesozoa biomass?

mesozoa are group of very lowly organized wormlike usually parasitic creatures...
biomass is usually the gross weight of any kind of biological substance...
in this case that would mean the weight of all living mesozoa at a given moment...
i understand the words... but the meaning is shrouded
