have you been to a doctor because there may be an underlying medical reason for this!!

i didn't bleed after going off the depo i did the opposite but the doctors kept tell me that was normal it was a nurse practicioner who told me 9 out of ten times you have to go on birth control pills after the depo to reregulate your body that worked well after three months of that i went off the pills and ws able to conceive my daughter and i never went back on that shot there is so many side affects that the doctors tell you arent' there.

See your Gyno immediately. If she tells you're fine. Get a second opinion. Bleeding that long is not good. Get answers not here, but from a medical doctor.

dude, bleeding that long is seriously not good for you. It can cause the iron to be stripped from your body leaving you anemic or borderline anemic. Please go see a GYNO tomorrow, or find a health department in your county or clinic. Just look up planned parenthood in the yellowpages, or birth control.

this can be common with the depo shot, but you need to go to the doctor or planned parenthood so they can exam you and make sure there isnt some uterine wall issues.

I Know girls who had that shot and when they went off of it they had their period for 6 months straight. Sorry to even suggest the possiblity! I would suggest that you see your doctor, and don't get that shot again!

i had my period for 3 months when i started the shot then after that i had nothing for the remaining 3 years i was on it. i just dealt with it, its common for some reason for your periods to be kinda funky with that particular b/c, but i would advise you to see a doctor(i should have) just to make sure theres nothing else going on.

Went through a similar experience. Call your Gyno, and push it if he/she says it's nothing.
