healthy diet and exercise.
its probably good to keep a log of all the things you eat now for a week. Then show it to your doctor for recommendations on how to start a diet that works best for you.

I did the Fat Smash Diet in May and lost 25 pounds. It was the easiest diet I've ever done because I didn't have to starve myself or give up every food I liked.
You have to be committed though. Don't try until you're really ready to change your ways. I've tried lots of diet and exercise plans, but wasn't fully committed and didn't lose any weight.
You have to exercise. You can change your eating habits all you like, but without exercise, the weight will stay put. I did pilates 3 days a week and other stuff like playing tennis or walking 1 - 2 days. Find what works for you.

Before you get into any diet regime, its better for you to go detox first because the toxin in your body will only slow down the losing weight process.
How to detox the simple way? (Try to do this for 1 week)
(1) Lots of green apple
(2) Lots of plain water - its your best friend
(3) Hard boiled eggs-limit yourself to two egg yolks perday...
(4) Cabbage soup
Dear, do not starve yourself ok. Its bad for your internal organs. Good Luck. If there's any changes, feel free to inform me : jasmineirdina@yahoo.com

Find a diet plan that works for you- Vegetarianism, Veganism (eating no animal products), low-fat, Detox, low-carb... Detox is good for cleansing out your body to get ready for a healthy eating lifestyle... Or, if all else fails, just don't eat ;-) O yeah- drink lots of water! water is the vital ingredient of the body. Also- exercise 3-7 times a week. Pilates lengthens and tones muscles; Biking is good for outer thighs and butt; Jumprope is good for all over body toning; and running is good for inner thighs, and also your entire body ...Any more questions? Email me :)

I think it's important to find out why you eat the way you do. So far all the advice focuses on things that you probably know: eating right and exercise. But if you eat for emotional reasons, you might find it very hard to follow that advice.
You need to find out where your eating habits come from. Once you do that you will know where to start.
I'd go to masteringfood.com and take their free quiz. I think it'll help you sort out where your eating behaviour is coming from and what you can do about it.

i have observed other people who want to lose weight and there are a lot of problems with their methods. instead of just eating light you need to eat healthy (veggies, fruit). and if you are a student then it is a lot to ask to exercise so if you have a treadmile or something like that study while you run.

Lots and lots of walking.at a quick pace. Arm yourself with
a music player and that will rev up your pace. Before you
know it, you will have walked a mile. Another tip? Drink
lots of water filled with ICE! It makes your metabolism
work at a faster rate and your stomach will feel full. That
should do it. Remember: burn more calories than you
consume. Good Luck!!!
