Let me get in on something like this and I would negotiate a peace between you. I'm sure there are still upright American citizens in every neighborhood that would help you. Call the local police department to find out how to join the neighborhood watch in your area. Be nice, and aware that most people are friendly when you do not seem scary to them. after you know them, they will help you. If not, contact me!

Well the way you write maybe there is a problem. The Children have a right to play in there own back yard but if they are not being supervised how do you know that they are not doing something to the neighbor. The rudeness goes both ways does the Children show respect to the neighbor. There are time when the neighbor don't want to hear children playing being noisy just like you.You put them out side.Stay out there with them,to see what they are doing. And by the way a kid is a baby goat.

I have had this problem before. I would talk to them first and try to find out what the real problem is. Try to remind them the children are in their own back yard. If that does not help I would call the police and try to have them talk to them. Some neighbors can really make your life miserable.

Unless your kids are so noisey that they are causing a problem for the neighbor, tell them to back off. That is what I hate about living in a city. Neighbors are too close, ya can't even scream out in bed, but what the entire block knows that the wife is having a big o.

A lot of times parents are blind to the way their children behave. Do your kids throw things in his backyard, call him names, tease his dog? Does he work nights and sleep during the day and your kids are exceptionally noisy. Do they pick his flowers, trample his lawn or play loud music.

Now you may say it's your backyard and your kids can do what they want. And that is true to an extent, but when it comes to doing things that irritate your neighbor that does not apply.

Does your canines be attentive to them as a difficulty? does it substitute into scared or agressive in the direction of them? notice that canines can carry grudges and while you're fortunate your canines would be attentive to those are the only boys that are a difficulty and not substitute right into a difficulty for all little ones in that length or age classification.
