I searched around for a while and found a few Arkansas stocks and coupons. They had quite a price range, most $100 to $250. I could not find the ones you have though.

I'm sure if you look around you will find them though.

They may only be good to someone who's into collecting paper (like the Mormon Church collects letters written by the earliest founders of their religion).

You might check with dealers who handle stuff other than stamps, coins and paper money.
