Here is a small list of such trees.

All trees produce something as a means of propagating themselves. However, many of the popular landscape trees produce negligible seeds: maple, ash, birch, hybrid poplar. Arborvitae are evergreens that produce really tiny cones. 'Snowdrift' is a lovely fruitless flowering crab.

Japanese Maples. They are Grafted and not produce anything but leaves. I guess there other trees like this, not sure of names. Sorry.

Bradford Pears, Seedless Sweet-gum, Cedar Elm, and hybrid Poplar, are a few that you might like, and they grow quickly.
