There are not different types of heterosexuality. Heterosexual means being attracted exclusively to members of the opposite sex. Any physical attraction to members of the same sex, coupled with attraction to the opposite sex, is bisexuality. Exclusive physical attraction to members of the same sex is homosexuality. The lines are very clearly set, so, why the confusion?

Heterosexual:(straight) One who is sexually attracted to members of the opposite sex only..
Bisexual:(bi) One who is attracted to both sexes.
Homosexual:(gay/lesbian) One who is attracted to someone of who is the same sex they are...
Hermaphrodite: A person who has ambiguous or non-specific secondary sexual traits (genitalia)

Cross-dresser/Transvestite: A person regardless of sex who gains gratification by dressing in the clothing commonly associated with the opposite sex from theirs..
Transsexual/Transgendered: A person who feels they are physically the wrong sex.. They can be preoperative, partial operative or post operative depending on whether or not they have had gender reassignment surgery or not..
