Oh one of my favorite topics! I run a few career networks dedicated to encouraging people to live their dreams, and job satisfaction in my opinion comes from living in alignment to our values..
We can maintain that type of attitude regardless of what is going on in our environment for the most part. Discontent stems from feeling like we are compromising our values or greater purpose.

You know I always cut out the articles in the Straits Times which is right behind the classified ads sets. Some of these articles are quite useful and informative. You can try and read them too.
This is also cost saving - only 80 cents for the paper.
