you could either IM her and start a convo with her..and midway as her out on a date..OR you could just ask her at school. Talk to her like u always do and then just be like "hey r u free some time this weekend? cuz i'd really like to hang out with you"

Walk up, say hello, and ask if she would be interested in going out sometime...Nothing like some self confidence, and honestly....be direct and if she says no...just say well maybe someother time....Dont fear rejection, you would be surprized how many woman like confident men.

I would say to just find out some activities that she is interested in, and say "Hey, Jenna, wanna go catch that Pirates game tomorrow? They are going to kick major butt!"
That'll work.. Trust me.

talk with her a few times about short topics...then one day when you've run out of things to talk about just ask her to dinner, for coffee, for lunch, to the movies, for ice cream, a walk thru the mall, etc.

Ask her directly. Women like confidence. Since it will be your first date, pick something low pressure, like a cup of coffee.

"Hi, I'm (insert name here). Would you like to go out?" That works better than any BS out there.
