saw battey resurrection deal on web and was wondering how and if anybody ever tried it???? thanks

The only batteries that can be reused numerous times are Ni Cad and other similar type RECHARAGABLE batteries. All the " Battery Savers/ Recusitators/ Reclaimers " I have ever seen are a scam. If the other answerer is recharging batteries in sunlight they need to contact NASA , unless they're talking about solar cells and panels.

Actually, if you are talking about ordinary batteries for toys and things, I have found that if you remove the cover and spin the batteries in place, that they work again. Sometimes the metal oxidizes between the conductor and the battery, curtailing the flow of electrons. Another option is to take the batteries and place them in direct sunlight; they'll recharge.
