Vince walks the way he does for a few reasons.
1) when he walked normally down to thering his knee gave out on him.
2) he thinks he is king s hit
3) he think he is better than anyone else
4) he messed himself on the way down and doesn't want it smeared in his 300.00 dollar suit

Probably because his grapefruits are as big as he says they are and that Shane's head is so far up Vince's @$$, that in order for Shane to sneeze properly, Vince has to get in a three point stance and open wide.

he walks like that because he is trying to walk like a hardman, the classic 'carpets under your arms' walk, but because of his age he can't do it properly. kind of when older parents try to mimic something that younger kids do or say and they always look like ***** doing it.
