Computer engineering has nothing to do with animation and photo creation.
Computer engineering is about designing computer hardware. If you were to go to "collage" and major in computer engineering you would be very disappointed.
I'm guessing if you can't spell college, you don't really have much to worry about with regards to picking the wrong major. I think some community colleges offer remedial english classes.

If you could complete a course which might be useful in your practical life once your student days are over, it will be interesting and can become a profession.
