Did you check the Amperage rating on the power supply before installing it? A 45 watt per channel radio generally will blow the fuse in the dash in most cars. It usually needs to be powered before the fuse box, and wired with it's own fuse(it should have come with one.).
But when you say it blows the fuse when you turn the car on? That means the power on the yellow wire(the one that supplies the main power, not the one that keeps the clock time and all that, which is red) is probably shorted. It's touching metal somewhere, or it's wired directly to black or ground.

This happens by the thousands per month. You attempted to do something a professional needed to do. You wanted to "save" money or gather the experience. Now you face possibly serious issues. No one here could possible help as guessing never has fixed anything as to cars. Do what you should have done in the first place and have an audio professional do the work.

Generally the fuse will blow if any of the wires are touching other wires ie power - ground, that'll pop 'er real quick, check and make sure you didn't cross any wires, if you didn't, then have a car audio shop look at it.

Something like this happened to me. There might still be some wires touching somewhere, so everytime you try to start the car they touch and blow the fuse.

As others say, check for a short .. Use good butt connectors or the like.. most tie them up and tape them and seem to have them short after a short time.
Also check your hookups, as I had one vehicle where the people tried to ground the radio thru the dimmer circuit and was wondering whey when the lights went on the radio went off

my take would be that you connected an ilumination wire from your stereo to a wrong wire from your car. Thi is what I woul do, cut the black wire from the stereo (you don't need this wire if you have your stereo connected to an antena) and cut the ilumination wire than test. Good Luck!

better recheck your wiring to the radio, sounds like one is crossed up somewhere or it is grounding out against something.
