I make an effort to. It's easy to rationalize and pretend that they don't exist, but in order to truly exorcise them I have to take them on. The ones that are too daunting to face head on I sidle up to and ask them to dance.

Depends on the fear! If it is a threat to my daughter, then I lose all fear and just fight. However, when it comes to driving... I'm absolutely petrified!!!
