All calls show up on the bill. You are billed for air time wheather you call them or they call you. Also if you listen to their message you pay for that.

Sounds reallly screwy. I have never had a problem with State Farm been there with them now for 18 years but this certainly doesn' sound right. If the policy had been cancelled why didn't they send you your money order back or call you? Call a lawyer or call the court house and see if they can help you. I'm sorry to hear this for you!

no, only connected calls. but if you call and get voicemail, you are charged for that altho the called person has a missed call and isn't charged.
