sooo.. well i already got virus' from it, but can i save all my 600 songs to a document then delete limewire and not get any virus' or crap

Viruses suck! But i found that System Restore works really well at getting rid of programs, but not getting rid of the files and folders.
If you have XP, then give system restore a shot. I have used it several times and haven't lost any files or folders, just the nasty bugs i wanna get rid of!

You got a virus... big deal, welcome to windoze... instead of deleting limewire, get AVG and get rid of the virus. It's free at free.grisoft.com
Then be more careful in what you download. A typical song will be at least 3 Megs, it it's a lot smaller, like 857.9kb, ir 127.5kb, etc, and it's supposed to be a song... it's not. Also, never download an exe file.
Yikes!! Hold on before you do the system restore thingie. Most viruses write themselves to the system restore. If you restore your pc, it may just come back.
