Right now? Stone Cold would win because Mike Tyson is getting beat like a little girl now a days. Back in the early 1990s Tyson would win.

Ok Mike Tyson is a REAL fighter and Stone Cold is more of an actor on TV. Stone Cold might look tough but he is mostly just a stupid redneck with a really low IQ. Sorry someone had to say it and I felt who better than me! lol

Mike Tyson. Tyson was a boxer which is a "shoot"--that's insider lingo for a sport that involves a real competitive fight. Steve Austin (real name Steven James Williams), as a pro wrestler, is a performer. Pro wrestling is a "work"--meaning that the two combatants "work" together to put on a compelling show as they work to a predetermined finish. Williams/Austin is no doubt a pretty tough dude and could hold his own in a bar fight against untrained fighters, but a boxer--not just Tyson but any boxer--or, for that matter, a professional MMA fighter, would beat "Stone Cold" to a bloody pulp. You're matching a professional fighter against a performer, and it ain't going to go well for the "perfomer". To the best of my knowledge, Williams/Austin doesn't have any background in boxing or martial arts....
