What is the standard fee for logo's that you creat of reproduction? I am having something drawn for me to use as my logo on the reproduction of shirts. What would you charge? it's about a 3 x4 drawing, not very intricate.... Do tell! Thanks

My company is Bittersweet Studios, Inc. and we do this all the time. My email is below, and also a link to the logo section of our website. We have a package which includes a logo, letterhead, business cards, etc.for $99, but it sounds it sounds like you don't need that much work done, so I would estimate that I could get your logo ready in one hour. We charge $35 per hour.
Please let me know more, and I will be glad to help.

Camera ready? One color? It would depend greatly on the art, the experience of the artist and the time involved. Off hand and just guessing, $25 to $2000. With more info
i could give you more info.
How long do you think it took the artist to do the work? If it isn't very intricate it should take an hour or less. If it is a 'new' unproven artist ask them if they will accept $25 an hour. If it is a successful and producing artist they have hourly or job rates already. If they ask you to pay more than you can afford, see if they will barter, like t'shirts?

I had a friend who worked doing this for years. She was paid by the piece. Usually about only 10 to 15 dollars. The company of course multiplied this by at least three. Hope this helps. I quote on easy work about the same. Tho I now rarely do this type of work for people. I do this type of work for myself and also fine arts. Once you have the picture the price can very greatly on what it costs to do a shirt depending upon what the logo is and the number of colors and what machine you use.

Good luck on the shirts.
