It is not illegal, but it is morally not acceptable. I would try to speak to her in person, alone and explain that what she did impacted the little ears who heard her - and could have left an impression. I would not expect an apology, and the other parents will respect you for speaking up. Peer pressure is the only way to get this broad to see her errors, it might not happen overnight, but in the end, she has to see that she cant do this.

its not illegal but wrong morally. I would stay clear of this person in the future because they seem to be a terrible influence on your kids. But if there isnt any way of doing so for example it being a family member I would tell them that you dont appreciate them cussing in front of your children, and degrading you in front of your children and if it they cant find a more constructive way of expressing their feelings without name calling ( which is infantile in itself) then you will no longer bring your children around them...
as far as other children, you cant help what their ears hear, especially if its the parents of those children doing it.. but you can protect your own from this in the future.
I would also ask them why they would let their kids hear them say things like that because obviously they arent doing their jobs as a responsible parent... stear clear of people like that its not worth your kids hearing those things and then possibly repeating them and definitely not worth your dignity... its ashame that some parents dont care enough to not do these things in front of their kids..

No females are not the in basic terms ones that try this. I oftentimes discover my self admiring some different person and feeling very eco-friendly with envy of them. it would want to be low self esteem yet I cant be positive. yet everybody feels it finally. except your considered one of those large acceptable preppy varieties, or if you're happy with your self. yet not many persons are happy with the way they look. With human beings being made prettier and prettier how can an overall male sense mushy in his personal pores and skin. i think like I easily ought to stay as a lot as each and every of the acceptable human beings. yet I cant and that i will in basic terms ought to get use to that. i'd be at liberty being me.

Well in ireland it would be construed as a section 2 assault, and i'm sure you have the equivalent where you are.
It's also actionable under the law of tort.

It's just that because it is such a minor offence, in practice, it isn't really illegal...
