how effective are they at keeping PH levels up and preventing future vaginal infections?

In my eyes, VERY EFFECTIVE. I take them every day, and have not had one yeast or bacterial infection since.

they are great, esp if you've been on any antibiotics. they just replace the good bacteria so that your body can fight off infection and disease.
