Full fat milk is however extremely unhealthy containing lots of fat.
But, if you are eating a balanced diet or burning off all the energy you're getting from food you can continue drinking milk without gaining weight.

For someone looking to lose weight it is extremely advisable to give up or limit milk, or switch to a lower fat version (semi-skimmed).

Do not drink whole milk, it is full of fat. Use only skim or 1 %.
