Try eating healthier foods.
MANY PEOPLE have bags under their eyes cuz all they eat is junk food, junk food, and junk food.
They only eat a nutricious thing every once in a while.
That should keep them down.
There is also stuff at the store in the makeup section that will help w/that!

Eye cream by ARTISTRY before bed
Frozen eye mask in the morning
and Cucumber facials during the day!

the best way is taking care of the cause,
get 8 hrs of sleep every night-
and try cool cucumber slices 2ce a day

Dermabrasion, I believe. YOu'll hafta consult a Dermatoligist to be sure. Maybe a chemical peel??

cold tea bags, the caffeine reduces puffiness and the cold bag helps too.

You could have allergies. Ask you doctor about clarnex or other allergy medicines
