I always cover my head because birds did use a book I was reading as a target - completely freaked me out.

No, as a matter of fact I taunt birds and dare them to try to hit me. I got into a scuffle with a couple of birds one time, I side kicked one right through a window. Unfortunately they got the best of me. They tied me up and forced me to watch the "Legally Blond" movies.

Yes! This happened to my mother! She was passing a bird nest and the mother bird thought my mom was goin to hurt it. So the birdie poop on her! HEHEHE

Yes. It's almost like reflex. I kind of duck a little bit! I've seen too many people get bombs dropped on them; it's hilarious. But I wouldn't want it to happen to me!
