im 5'6" in height ..i have great butts..but the problem is i cannot flatten my tummy..when i do my diet..my boobs goes along with the tummy it became flat too..wht will i do pls help..thank you guys in advance...

Sit-ups, Push-ups,Crab walk.That way it is really workingon your belly. So do that.

The ab lounger is a great piece of equipment if you use it for at least 30-45 minutes a day
