It varies, but probably 3 or 4 days out of five at work and also in the evenings when going out. At weekends I would generally only wear them if I was going out in the evening or I may wear them shopping if I wanted to shop for clothes that needed a certain type of heel to see if they looked right or not, It does depends what I am doing though. If I know I'm going to be walking miles I'll wear flats, whereas, If I know I'm going to be in the office most of the day, I''ll likely wear 4 inch plus heels.

Never. Anything over 3 1/2 inch and I get knee pain.

I wear heels sometimes but not higher than 4 inches! I'd completely fall over. Plus...they'd hurt!

Never...i wore 3 inch heels one time to prom and i took them off when i got there.

never. the highest heels i've ever worn was 3 1/2" high.
