No offense, but The Ultimate Warrior?? The guy had all the charisma of a star, but no talent. what was the guy's longest match? 5 minutes. It would be Bret Hart hands down. or Bruno Sammartino. Both of these men conducted themselves as champions in and out of the ring, and are the greatest champions of history. I could also see Ric Flair getting it because he is the total package he was the greatest NWA champion of all time. Nothing against the American Dream, or Harley Race, but Flair just "had it". The man has been involved in some of the most awesome rivalries in the history. So it would either be Bret Hart, Bruno Sammartino, or Ric Flair

Bret hart 100% hogan was great but he also got the title by feeding off others talent remember at wrestlemania when hogan beat yogo who had the belt for all of 30 seconds.after this even the wrestlers saw that an injustice was done to hart who then went on to win the king of the ring.on his way to winning this he gave some of the best matches there has ever been against Mr perfect and bam bam bigelo.after he won the final the other wrestlers approached the ring and lifted him in the air making the statement that this was not only the pros real champ but also the peoples .hart deserves this cause he truly was the best there has ever been .true warrior was good but not even near in his technical ability to hart.but anyway i could never see the wwe giving him an Honor too much bad blood.Bret changed wrestling so much he almost made wcw bigger than the wwe at one time remember that. ps could you mail me a previous winners list if you can thanks

Well i would like the belt to be given to Undertaker or The Ultimate Warrior. Both are Legends !
