i mean when they hold breath in and then blow nd there is white gas coming out , 3 of my friends can do it but wont tel me =(

ok, here it is.
Fill your mouth with air, and PUSH PUSH PUSH out with your tongue, like youre blowing through a straw, but keep your mouth closed, so no air gets out.. Then let off the pressure really quick, and open your mouth, and just push out the condensation. When you have the air in your mouth under pressure, andyou let that pressure off quickly, it causes the air in your mouth to condense, and turn to fog.

It's pressure, just fill your mouth with air so your cheeks puff out. Then put your hand in a fist and put your fist over your mouth and pressurize the air in your mouth for 5 seconds and allow the pressurized air to come out slowly and you will see "smoke", really condensation, Good Luck!

Some people support (correct) their breathing rhythm by smoking. Otherwise due to stress their rhythm is distracted.

even after your done smoking you can blow or push air in your mouth then let it out like a puff and smoke comes out
